The Helena Public Art Committee (HPAC) held its first annual Chalk Up Helena! in 2008. This family-friendly event invites everyone to join in creating chalk art on Helena's Downtown Walking Mall.

Chalk Up Helena! - July 21, 2012
The City of Helena Public Art Committee hosted the 5th annual Chalk Up Helena! sidewalk chalk art festival on the south end of the Downtown Helena Walking Mall on July 21, 2012. Artist awards for this family-friendly tobacco-free event were presented in each category, including Judges and Peoples Choice awards.
